Items required to schedule a skills test.
All tests must be provided at least 48 hours before a test date can be scheduled.
Valid Drivers License (Copies are not permitted on test day)
Valid CDL Permit (Copies are not permitted on test day)
Payment (Cash, Check, or All major Credit Cards accepted)
Candidates must have successfully completed all the requirements
for FMCSA’s Entry Level Driver Training (Theory, Range, and Road)
Valid truck registration (for the appropriate class of vehicle that is being used for testing.)
Valid truck insurance
Valid trailer registration
Valid trailer insurance
The co-driver you arrive with MUST have a valid CDL for the appropriate class of vehicle that is being used for testing.
